On July 9, 2025, Toronto-based Enabled Talent officially launched its inclusive hiring technology platform, aiming to eliminate employment barriers for individuals with disabilities. With an estimated 1.3 billion people globally living with disabilities, traditional hiring systems often exclude these talented individuals due to inaccessible application processes, biased assessments, and insufficient support. In Canada, more than 850,000 working-age individuals with disabilities experience unemployment or underemployment, primarily not due to their abilities but because existing systems fail to accommodate them.

Amandipp Singh, Founder and CEO of Enabled Talent, designed the platform from personal experience, stating, “It wasn’t just frustrating—it was unfair.” His vision is to create tools that serve every individual, regardless of their abilities.

Enabled Talent functions as a full-service, AI-powered platform rather than just a job board, offering a suite of features that assist job seekers with disabilities while simultaneously guiding employers toward greater inclusivity.

  2. AI Career Coach: Designed for neurodivergent individuals, this personalized support system aids users with ADHD, autism, or learning differences in areas such as task planning, emotional regulation, and goal setting.
  3. Inclusive Onboarding Tools: Employers can create accessible onboarding experiences and monitor diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals with compliance-ready reporting tools.
  4. Bias-Free Screening Tools: By focusing on skills rather than resumes, this AI-driven feature helps eliminate unconscious bias in the hiring process.
  5. Multilingual Interface: The platform adheres to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and cultural relevance, ensuring a global reach.

Measurable Impact and Growth

During its pilot phase, Enabled Talent engaged over 4,000 users, achieving a remarkable 90% satisfaction rate among early testers utilizing its DEI learning platform. The organization is forming strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and HR software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms to broaden its impact.
